Shortage of care in obstetrics

In Germany, people assume that they have access to functioning basic medical care that automatically includes obstetrics. They’re mistaken. In dramatizing the shortage of obstetricians and midwives by depicting emergency births on benches, in parking lots, and in underground parking garages, this campaign aims to raise awareness of this severe shortage in Germany. And raise the profile of Mother Hood e.V., an association that works to improve this situation.
